- How to play
- Contestants can pick one horse to
Show each day of the contest.
- The contestant will earn
one streak point each time he/she correctly selects a horse that shows;
(finishes first, second or third).
- The goal of the contest is to generate the
longest streak of consecutive winners without a losing selection.
- The contest will go on seven days a week, but
contestants are not required to make a selection each day.
- Contestants will neither gain nor lose points
for days they do not make a selection.
- If a contestant’s horse is scratched, this will
be the same as if contestant did not make a selection that day.
- Once a contestant makes a losing selection,
their streak has ended. The contestant gets credit for the streak to
that point, but must start over with zero streak points going into the
next day.
- Each day’s races will be chosen by
Whodoyoulike.com up to one day in advance.
- Contestants have until 30 minutes prior to the
published post time of the race they are selecting to make a selection
or make changes to their selection. Be sure to get your selections in
early.
- A leader board will keep track of the players
with the highest streak in addition to their current streak.
- The first contest date will be held Saturday,
March 27, 2010. The final contest date will be held
Saturday, May 1st 2010.

Prizes - $1,000 in total
- (1) $500 prize will be issued to the contestant with the highest
consecutive streak for the contest period.
- (1) $300 prize for second highest streak, and;
- (1) $200 prize for third highest streak.
- In the event of a tie, the corresponding prizes shall be divided
equally between the tied contestants.

EXAMPLE:
Two people tie for first, they
each get $400. The $500 jackpot for 1st increases $300 from second
place prize since there were two winners, they take up two spots -
this leaves $800 to split between the two tied players. The only
prize left in this example would be $200 for third.

MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, UTAH,
PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL
RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 21 YEARS OR OLDER AS OF THE FIRST CONTEST
DATE FOR EACH CONTEST.

Employees, directors, contractors or agents of Youbet.com, Inc., (the
owner/operator of Whodoyoulike.com), their respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, members of their immediate
families (parents, siblings, children, spouse) and members of the same
households of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to
participate or win prize(s). Only registered members of whodoyoulike.com who
have an account in good standing during the course of the Contest period are
eligible to participate.

2. Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate in these contests.
3.Players must place all contest selections personally. No person shall directly
or indirectly act as an intermediary, transmitter or agent in placing selections
for the Player.

4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries are cause for disqualification of
all involved entries and decisions regarding disqualification are made at the
sole discretion of Youbet.com, Inc., (known hereafter as "Contest Judges").
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.g

5. Contest Dates and Tracks: The streak contest will start on Saturday, November
14, 2009 and continue daily until Thursday, December 31, 2009. The Contest
Judges reserve the right to revise contest dates or cancel contest dates at any
time prior to the start of the contest period, due to weather conditions,
scheduling changes, or other conditions beyond the control of the Contest
Judges.

6. Contest tracks. Contest tracks will be chosen randomly on a daily basis.
7. How to Play. Contestants should choose one horse to Show each day of the
contest. If the horse finishes first, second or third, the contestant gets one
(1) streak point for that contest date. The objective is to earn the most
consecutive streak points. Prizes are determined by those with the highest
consecutive streak scores.

8. Skipped days. Contestants do not have to make a selection each day, but will
receive no points for the days that they do not select a horse.
9. Awards. Contest results will be confirmed, and winners will be contacted via
their registered email addresses by January 14, 2010. Prize winners will be
required to provide legal identification, social security number, sign release
and eligibility affidavits, among other paperwork.

10. Contest race results are based only on official, final results for races, as
certified by the track steward at each contest track.
11. The Contest Judges and its agencies are not responsible for incomplete,
inaccurate or incorrect capture of betting information or for computer,
telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software
malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled
transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or
availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Youbet.com
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it
concludes, in its sole discretion, to be tampering (or attempting to tamper)
with the betting process or the operation of the contest or web site; to be in
violation of the Official Rules and/or the Terms of Service of the web site; or
to be acting in an un-sportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Youbet.com, Inc. will
prosecute any fraudulent activities to the fullest extent of the law.

12. Contestants agree to abide and be bound by the Official Rules and the
decisions of the Contest Judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
Winners will be notified by regular (postal) mail or e-mail within 14 days of
the end of the last contest period and will be required to complete and return
an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where
legal) within 14 days of receipt of prize notification. In the event of
noncompliance with this requirement, prize may be forfeited. If prize
notification/prize is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited.
Unclaimed and forfeited prizes will not be awarded. No prize transfer. Prizes
will be awarded after the conclusion of the last contest period, within 30 days
of receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release. Except where
prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her
name and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes, and any and all rights
to said use, without notice or additional compensation, and further agrees that
he/she will not use the name of Whodoyoulike.com, or any logo, trademark, slogan
or other mark associated with Youbet.com, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries,
without the express written permission of said company.

13. Whodoyoulike.com Online Handicapping Contests are contests of skill subject
to United States law (i.e., federal law and the laws of particular states, as
applicable) and void where prohibited by law. By participating, contestant
agrees to release and hold harmless Youbet.com, Inc and any sponsor, their
parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and
the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, and employees of
any of the above organizations from any and all liability associated (directly
or indirectly) with his/her participation in the contests and/or receipt,
acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize(s).

14. Limitations of Liability: Youbet.com, Inc., its sites, subsidiaries and
Contest Judges are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the contests and assumes no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to the web site. Whodoyoulike.com is not responsible for injury or damage
to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the
contests or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any
reason, a contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by
computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Contest Judges
which, in the sole opinion of the Contest Judges, could corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest,
the Contest Judges reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the contest and select winners in a manner, which
in the sole judgment of the Contest Judges, is fair, appropriate and consistent
with these Official Rules.
