We have assembled all of the top horse racing Tweeters in one application. Now,
it is easy to monitor what horse racing experts are saying across the country in
one easy-to-read-format.
Winners will be notified by regular (postal) mail or e-mail within 14 days of the
end of the last contest period and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) within
14 days of receipt of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance with this
requirement, prize may be forfeited. If prize notification/prize is returned as
undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed and forfeited prizes will
not be awarded. No prize transfer. Prizes will be awarded after the conclusion of
the last contest period, within 30 days of receipt and verification of completed
Affidavit/Release. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner consents
to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes, and
any and all rights to said use, without notice or additional compensation, and further
agrees that he/she will not use the name of Whodoyoulike.com, or any logo, trademark,
slogan or other mark associated with Whodoyoulike.com, without the express written
